Organized a 45 day long course on Medical Manuscriptology (with support from Dept. of AYUSH, Govt. of India) 3. Edited and published a book “Handbook of Medical Manuscriptology” 4. Involved in digitization of more than 50,000 frames of Medical Manuscripts in different parts of the country 5. Developed a comprehensive software for Cataloguing, Indexing and Information retrieval of medical manuscripts, presently housing information about approximately 10,000 medical manuscripts 6. Acquired, digitized, deciphered, edited and published many medical manuscripts, to name a few: 1. Bhojanakutuhalam 2. Kshemakutuhalam 3. Sukhananda Rasayanam 4. Vaidyajeevanam 5. Ayurveda-grantha etc. 7. Actively involved in the preparation of Multimedia Teaching Software for the ancient scripts of Grantha and Sharada 8. Preparation of critical editions of unpublished manuscripts (with special reference to medical manuscripts) iii. Optical Character Recognition for different ancient scripts like Grantha etc. iv.
